Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gulab Jamun 10 pieces
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence Few drops
  5. Grated Khoya 1 cup
  6. Pista chopped 7 /8
  7. Cherry Chopped 2
  8. Almond chopped 3

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  2. pour cold milk in a non stick pan.
  3. Add Vanilla custard powder in it.
  4. Add half cup grated khoya in it.
  5. Add sugar powder and mix till smooth.
  6. Now turn on the heat and cook in low flame.
  7. Place gulab jamun in a baking dish and keep it aside.
  8. Cook the custard till thick.
  9. Turn off the heat and keep whisking for a few minutes.
  10. spread the custard over the gulab jamun
  11. Sprinkle rest khoya, Cherry pasta ,almond on the top of the dish.
  12. Place the dish in the pre-heated oven.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  14. Serve hot.
