Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For chicken Boneless chicken - 250 gms
  2. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped onion - 2 medium
  5. Chopped capsicum - 1 medium
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
  9. Chopped green chilly - 1
  10. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  11. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 4 tbsp
  14. For fried rice
  15. Boiled rice - 1 cup
  16. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  17. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  18. Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  19. Finely chopped beans - 2 tbsp
  20. Finely chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  21. Finely chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
  22. Whole red chilly - 1
  23. Oil - 2 tbsp
  24. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  25. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. For chilly chicken
  2. Take a mixing bowl marinate chicken pieces with soy sauce ,vinegar,1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,a pinch pepper powder,kashmiri mirch powder and salt.
  3. Keep it one hour.
  4. After one hour heat oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces.
  5. Strain and keep aside.
  6. Take a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar chilly sauce,. a pinch black pepper powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  7. In another pan heat 2 tbsp oil.
  8. Add onion,ginger garlic paste and capsicum and mix well.
  9. Add fried chicken and salt and also add corn flour solutions
  10. Add water and green chilly and mix well.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fried rice
  12. For fried rice For fried rice
  13. Heat oil in a pan.
  14. Add ginger garlic and whole red chilly and saute for one mins.
  15. Add all the veggies and saute for two to three mins.
  16. Add boiled rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.
  17. Serve hot with chilly chicken
