Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 2 cup
  2. Chicken 1/2 kg
  3. Onion 2
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Cinnamon and cardamom, kalpasi,kasakasa, bay leaf, 1
  6. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  8. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chilli 2
  10. Biriyani masala 3 tsp
  11. Ghee 2 tsp
  12. Curry leaves and coriander

Instructions

  1. Keep the meat out of the fridge at least 30 mins before cooking.
  2. Heat ghee in a cooker, saute onion, tomato for 2 mins.
  3. Add dry roast powder (cinnamon and cardamom, kalpasi,kasakasa, bay leaf, , fennel seeds), ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder,biriyani masala rice and chicken. 4.
  4. Cook covered for 15 mins.
  5. Add curry leaves and coriander.
