Soak seeraga samba rice for biriyani
cook mutton with ginger garlic green chilies paste (it should be half cooked)
In a vessel add Ghee and oil
Add Whole Garam Masala and bay leaves
Sauté and add ginger garlic green chilies paste
sauté well
add Garam Masala Powder,turmeric powder 2 Tbsps coriander seeds paste,2 Tbsps red chilies paste and sauté
add soaked rice
add half cooked mutton and hot water
add salt to taste
close the vessel and cook till it is done !
add chopped mint leaves,coriander leaves,saffron soaked milk and mix well !
Add fried nuts ! Biriyani is ready !
For meat balls take all these ingredients with minced meat and mix well !
make balls and cook over medium heat !
Meat balls are ready !
Cook the white rice !
Take idly batter,pour in the in the idly moulds and steam !
IDLIES are ready !
Make wheat flour dough and roll puries !
Fry in the hot oil !
Fry the puries over medium heat !
Sauté chopped onions,ginger garlic green chilies paste,garam Masala,coriander seeds paste and turmeric !
add mutton and cook to the gravy consistency !
Sauté coriander seeds,red chilies,Bengal gram dal,methi seeds,hing Jeera and make fresh SAMBAR Powder !
cook ture dal !
sauté onions,SAMBAR Powder,turmeric,chopped tomatos,curry and coriander leaves !
Mix well and cook sambar !
SAMBAR is ready !
Sauté tomato paste,Rasam powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves and tamarind water .
Add salt and cooked thur dal water ! Rasam is ready !
Arrange all !Your Party Platter is ready !
