Ingredients to make Paratha churma

  • wheat flour- 2 cup
  • water- ½ cup
  • Gur (jaggery)- ½ cup
  • Desi ghee- 2 tbs

How to make Paratha churma

  1. 1. Take 2 cups wheat flour in a medium size bowl to prepare dough. Add water in small quantity, knead into a smooth and soft dough. Cover with muslin cloth and keep a side for 10 minutes to settle at room temperature.
  2. 2. Divide it in to 4 equal part and give each part a round shape like ball.
  3. 3. Put dough pattie on chakla, roll it 4-5 inches diameter.
  4. 4. Placed it on hot tava and cook on medium flame till tiny bubbles start to rise on surface, flip it and reduce flame to low.
  5. 5. Spread ½ spoon oil evenly on the surface and cook on low flame for 30-40 second.
  6. 6. Flip it again and spread ½ tbs on second side, press it with spatula and cook over medium flame for 30-40 second up to golden brown spots on both sides.
  7. 7. Take away from heat and transfer to a plate.
  8. 8. Break all paratha in to small pieces.
  9. 9. Mixed ground gur with paratha pieces.
  10. 10. Serve paratha churma .
