ABOUT Sugar-free Chocolate & Roasted Almonds Brownies RECIPE

I completely threw sugar away from this recipe. I have made this by mixing milk chocolate & dark chocolate along with jaggery coated Almonds.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/4 Cup all Purpose Flour
  2. 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  3. 1 Tsp Salt
  4. 160g Milk Chocolate
  5. 150g Dark Chocolate
  6. 1 Cup Butter room temperature
  7. 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  8. 5 Eggs
  9. 1/2 Cup Roasted Almonds {Jaggery coated}


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius. Grease an eight inch pan, or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Take a bowl, whisk in the flour, cocoa powder and salt together.
  3. Take another larger bowl, mix the butter with chocolate over a double boiler until melted and smooth.
  4. Add in 3 eggs first, once the mixture turns at the room temperature and blend it well. Add another 2 eggs along with the Vanilla extract.
  5. Lightly add dry ingredients to the chocolaty mixture and mix until just combined. Remember to not overmix this mixture.
  6. Pour this batter into the prepared pan and top it with the coarsely chopped Roasted Almonds.
  7. Bake it for about 25 - 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Once cooked, let them cool completely before cutting into bars.
  9. Serve warm with a side of ice cream.
