A very heathy and filling breakfast..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup flattened rice(poha)
  2. A handful of peas.
  3. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  4. 2 potatoes peeled and chopped
  5. 1 onion sliced
  6. Peanuts
  7. 1/2 pomegranate seeds (anaar k daane)
  8. Salt as per taste.
  9. Red chilli powder
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the poha and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan and add oil. The add curry leaves and onions.
  3. When the onion becomes pink add the other veggies.. Let the veggies cook for a while..
  4. Once the veggies are cooked add the salt and chilli powder and turmeric.
  5. Stir and add the poha.. And mix it well.. Add the peanuts now..
  6. U can also add a little bit of tomato sauce if u like..
  7. Your delicious poha is ready garnish it with some coriander and the pomegranate seeds..
