Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For gajar halwa
  2. 1 cup grated carrot
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 200g milk maid
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 2 tsp khoya
  7. 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits
  8. 2 tbsp ghee
  9. 1 tsp cardemom powder
  10. For coating
  11. 1 cup maida
  12. 2 tbsp ghee
  13. 1 tbsp oil
  14. Oil for frying.
  15. 1/2 cup water
  16. For rabri
  17. 500ml milk
  18. 2 sitafal puree
  19. 1 cup sugar
  20. 2tsp cardemom powder
  21. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First of all we can make gajar Halwa.
  2. Take a pan on medium flame. Add ghee and grated carrot . And saute.. Then add milk and cook.. Till carrots became soft.. so cover the lid for 15 min.. After carrots looks soft then add khoya and milk maid and sugar and mix it well..and dryfruits and cardemom powder.. 2) coating.. Then take a another bowl and add maida , ghee and oil and mix it.. and slowly add water and make soft dough.. And take ball like roti balls.. and roll properly. Makes roti.. And spread ready gajar Halwa and roll it. And 15 to 20 min rest in freeze. After looks thick.. cut rolls and fry it in oil.. 3) rabari Take a pan and add milk and boil it.. it becomes half.. And then add sitafal puree and sugar and cardemom powder.. and rest in freeze.. And eat time serve cool rabari and hot gajar Halwa pinwheels.. mint leaves garnish in rabari..
