A very nice sweet snacks in which I have filled with gajar halwa

Gajar Samosa

Ingredients to make Gajar Samosa

  • gajar Halwa 1 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • refined oil 1 tablespoon
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • kalonji [nigella seeds] 1/2 tsp

How to make Gajar Samosa

  1. make a tight dough using all purpose flour,salt,kalonji and 1 tbsp refined oil
  2. rest it for half an hour
  3. take a small part of the dough and roll it in oval shaped
  4. cut in the middle and fold it like a cone
  5. add 1 tsp gajar Halwa and seal it in the shape of samosa
  6. deep fry in oil in medium to low flame till crispy and golden brown
