    About Nut and Vegetable Brownies Recipe

    You can eat vegetable and nut and chocolate at the same time. Many kids don't want to eat veggies. But veggies are very important for our body. So this browni is very helpful for those kids and it's healthy and tasty as well. One slice of this brownie could be a perfect school lunch box snack.

    Nut and Vegetable Brownies

    Ingredients to make Nut and Vegetable Brownies

    • self raising flour - 2 cups
    • cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
    • sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup
    • vegetable oil - 1/2 Cup
    • egg - 2
    • grated zucchini - 2 cups
    • vanilla essence - 2 teaspoon
    • salt - 1 teaspoon
    • chocolate chips - 1/2 Cup
    • chopped dark chocolate - 1/2 Cup
    • chopped almond - 2-3 tbsp
    • chopped pistacchio - 2-3 tablespoon
    • icing sugar - 3 tablespoon (optional)

    How to make Nut and Vegetable Brownies

    1. Sift the flour and cocoa powder. Add salt and mix well.
    2. Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius temperature.
    4. Grease a cake tin with oil or butter or line a cake tin with baking paper.
    5. Add sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla essence and oil with the flour and cocoa powder mixture.
    6. Everything mix well.
    7. Add grated zucchini,chocolate chip, chopped dark chocolate and chopped nuts.
    8. Mix together nicely.
    9. Pour the thick mixture into the prepared cake tin. Level the top with a spatula and tap the tin couple of times on the floor.
    10. Bake for 30-35 minutes. **may it'll take bit less or more time as per oven condition and set up.**
    11. After remove from oven let it sit few minutes in the cake tin and then transfer to a wire rack for completely cool down.
    12. Sprinkle the icing sugar over it.
    13. Slice and serve.
    14. After remove from the oven

    My Tip:

    Carrot could be usable instead of zucchini.
