Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg carrot grated
  2. 1 kg milk full fat
  3. 2 tbsp pure ghee
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup dry fruit chopped
  6. 5 pcs gulabjamun


  1. In a wok add milk, carrot and cook stirring constantly. It will take 20 minutes.
  2. Now add sugar and dry fruits cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add pure ghee and cook again for 5 minutes.
  4. Now switch off the flame add keep carrot halwa aside.
  5. Now take a loaf tin add carrot halwa layer and pat nicely with back of spoon.
  6. Now place gulabjamun in a straight line cover completely with rest of the halwa and even it nicely.
  7. Now let it set for 2 hours. No need in freeze.
  8. Demould after 2 hours. Now cut rectangular pieces.
  9. Carrot gulabjamun terriene is ready.
