ABOUT Rosy kaju katli panna cotta RECIPE

I have made this pana cotta using kaju katli and served it with pomegranate syrup. It indeed turned out a lovely fusion dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Cup milk
  2. 2 tsp agar agar
  3. 8- 10 Kaju Katli
  4. 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  5. 1/3 cup sugar
  6. 2 tbsp water
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Keep the milk to boil.
  2. Mash the Kaju Katli and put it in the milk.
  3. Let it boil for 2 to 4 minutes then switch off the gas.
  4. Blend this mixture well with a hand blender.
  5. Add agar agar to it after it's little cold.
  6. Boil it again on gas for 2 to 4 minutes.
  7. Put it in silicone mould or ramekins and let it cool.
  8. Put pomegranate seeds, sugar, water and lemon juice in a pan.
  9. Let it simmer on low flame on gas.
  10. Let the mix get a little thick and then switch off the gas.
  11. Put the panna cotta in fridge after it is set.
  12. Serve it cold with pomegranate syrup.
