ABOUT Coconut Pasta RECIPE

This pasta is beautiful,yummy and easy.Best in taste.I given it a south indian flavour. Made from coconut milk.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled macroni coloured pasta....1 cup
  2. Thick coconut milk...1 cup
  3. Sugar....1 tbs
  4. Butter...1tbspoon
  5. Pomagranate....1tbspoon
  6. Grated Coconut....1tbspoon
  7. Garlic..1tbspoon
  8. Mustard seed...1tspun
  9. Refined flour...1tbspoon
  10. Curry leaves...15 leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan on the flame
  2. Put butter and add some mustard seeds and curry leaves
  3. As mustard seeds and curry leaves crackle add grated garlic
  4. When it turn pinkish in colour add maida or refined flour
  5. Saute it for a while when its rawness vanish, add coconut milk
  6. Stire it continuously so that lumps should not be occured.
  7. When it's consistency going thick ,then add boiled pasta
  8. Stir it slowly but continuously .
  9. When pasta and milk mixes in properly.(inco operate) Switch off the flame.
  10. And coconut flavoured pasta is ready.
  11. Plate it in coconut shell
  12. Sprinkle grated coconut and pomagranate
