ABOUT COCONUT PASTA RECIPE

This pasta is beautiful and easy. Best in test I given it South Indian flavour made from coconut milk it's totally my concept

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled coloured macaroni pasta...one cup
  2. Thick coconut milk ...1 cup
  3. Sugar ...1 tablespoon
  4. Butter... 1 tablespoon
  5. pomegranate... 1 tablespoon
  6. Grated coconut ... 1 tablespoon
  7. Garlic.... 1 teaspoon
  8. Mustard seed ...one teaspoon mustard seed one teaspoon
  9. Refined flour (maida).. 1 tablespoon
  10. Curry leaves... 15

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan on the flame
  2. Add butter and mustard seed and curry leaves
  3. As mustard and curry leaves crackle add grated garlic
  4. When garlic turns pinkish when it turns pink in colour add Maida or refined flour
  5. Saute it for a while till its rawness get vanished then add coconut milk
  6. Stir it continuously so that lumps should not be occurred
  7. When its consistency going thick then and boiled pasta
  8. Stir it slowly but continuously
  9. when pasta and milk mixes properly and they incorporate with each other switch off the flame
  10. And coconut flavoured pasta is ready
  11. Plate it in coconut shell
  12. Sprinkle grated coconut and pomegranate
  13. Serve it Hot.
