In a big bowl, pour the melted butter and then add the sugar to it. With the help of a whisker, whisk the sugar and butter thoroughly.
Now add the vanilla extract to it and mix.
Place a strainer on the bowl and sift all the dry ingredients through that to the bowl leaving Choco chip.
Now with the help of spatula, gently fold the wet ingredients with the dry ones.
Don’t beat the batter, as it needs air inside it Now add oil and again mix the batter with the spatula.
After proper mixing, add the Choco chip to the batter and combine it properly.
Take a baking tray or any microwave safe dish u want to use and freeze the bottom of the tray only, with butter. Not the sides, as it will prevent the brownies to rise.
Sprinkle more Choco chip on top, if wanted.
Put it in the oven to bake for at least 20 minute.
Check after 15 minutes once so that it doesn’t get over cooked.
Use a tooth pick to check if the brownie is done. Just put the tooth pick in between the brownie and see if it comes out clean. If it comes out clean then it means it’s ready. Let it cool down before de moulding it. If you de mould it hit, it may break.
