Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 pieces Mohanthaal barfi
  2. 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
  3. 2 tsp. Gulkand
  4. 1/2 cup paneer crumbled
  5. 1/2cup whipped cream
  6. 1/4 cup milk
  7. 2 tsp. Chopped pistachio
  8. Some soaked saffron strands
  9. Chocolate syrup
  10. 1 scoup vanilla ice cream


  1. Crumbled the mohanthaal barfi, now take it in a pan add milk and saute till golden brown.
  2. Now set in a mixture in a tart mold.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a bowl,add whipped cream,greater paneer and gulkand,mix it properly
  4. Now set it over Mohanthaal mixture in the tart mold.
  5. Now refrigerat it for 1 hour
  6. After 1 hour take it out from refrigerator, and unmold it, sprinkle some pistachio and soaked saffron
  7. Now put one scoup of vanilla ice cream on it sprinkle some pista chio and saffron.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup on it , serve it.
  9. It's so yummy and tasty ...
