ABOUT Gulkand Mousse RECIPE

White chocolate gulkand mousse. The taste of gulkand just takes this mousse to another level.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  2. 1 cup compund white chocolate
  3. 1/2 cup gulkand
  4. 1 cup whipped cream
  5. For garnishing
  6. White chocolate sticks
  7. Rose petals
  8. White chocolate chips


  1. Warm fresh cream. Now add white chocolate and mix well with spatula till the chocolate melts
  2. Now add gulkand to it and mix well
  3. Slowly fold in the whipped cream
  4. The colour of the mousse should be light pink in colour. if your gulkand does not impart that colour then just add a drop of liquid red food colour for the lovely pink mousse
  5. Now fill this mixture in a piping bag and pipe out mousse in shot glasses.
  6. Decorate with rose petal and white chocolate (sticks)
  7. Allow it to set in fridge and serve chilled

Hi Deepa, your image has been removed as it does not meet the quality standard i.e. it's hazy and out of focus, in addition the image is discoloured and very high in contrast. Kindly upload a clear image of this dish at the earliest. Thanks!
