Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. for sugar syrup
  2. sugar one cup
  3. water 1 cup
  4. cardamom 3 powdered
  5. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. for Jamun
  7. bread 6 - 8 slices(cut the corners)
  8. full cream milk powder 2 tablespoon
  9. cream 1 tbsp
  10. warm milk 4 tablespoon
  11. ghee and oil mixed for frying

Instructions

  1. for sugar syrup
  2. first add one cup of sugar in heavy bottomed pan
  3. then add 1 cup of water to it and brink to boiling point
  4. then Slow the flame for 4 to 5minutes till the sugar syrup turns one string consistency.
  5. Nw add the cardamon powder and add lemon juice to avoid crystallization.
  6. Cover and keep aside.
  7. to prepare Jamun
  8. Blend ther bread slices into fine powder like bread crumbs
  9. now add milk powder and cream and mix well
  10. now slowly add warm milk little by little and knead to a smooth and soft dough.
  11. furthermore, make small balls greasing Ghee to hands
  12. make sure there are no cracks on balls
  13. Heat oil and ghee on medium flame.
  14. Fry the balls on low flame,roll the ball slowly..
  15. fry till the Jamun turns golden brown
  16. immediately drop the hot jamuns into hot sugar syrup.
  17. Heat the sugar syrup for a minute after you add the Jamuns
  18. cover with the lid and rest for 2 hours.
  19. finally bread Gulab Jamun turn into double the size
  20. serve and enjoy..
