For made gulab jamun take a bowl add khoya,paneer,all purpose flour,semolina,baking powder,mix well and make a soft and smooth dough
On other hand take saucepan add sugar and water and cardamom and make light sugar syrup
Now take kadai add ghee and vegetable oil and heat it
Meanwhile make a small small ball from dough without crack.remember will made mini gulab jamun
After heating oil low the flame and add mini gulab jamun and fry until became red
Make sure flame is low time of frying
After fried all gulab jamun dip in warm sugar syrup for 10 to 12 minutes
Now time to make cheesecake base.for that in a mixer grinder add marie biscuits and grind into fine powder
Transfer it into a mixing bowl add melted butter and chopped cashew mixed it well.its look like wet sands
Take a cake tin add marie biscuits and butter mixture spread well with the help of spatula
Put it into the fridge for set untill 2nd layer prepared
In small bowl add warm milk and add pinch of saffron set aside
Another bowl add water and gelatin keep aside for 5min then stain it
In grinder jar add grated paneer,hung curd,cream,milkmaid,and blend into smooth mixture
Now transfer this mixture into bowl and add deshar milk mixture and stained gelatin and whisk well.
2nd layer of cheesecake is ready now time to assemble
Now take out the cake tin from fridge(marie biscuit butter base)
1st place the mini gulab jamun on the base
Then pour cheesecake 2nd layer on the top
Tap for twice and put it on fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours take out from the cheese and garnish with pista powder and pistachio and some rose petals.
Cut into wedges and served chilled
