Ingredients to make Prawn malaikari pizza

  • For prawn malaikari
  • Big size prawn -250gram
  • Boiled onion paste - 3 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tsp
  • coconut milk 1 cup
  • cashew and melonseeds paste 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 5pc
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • mustard oil 2tbsp
  • For pizza base
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • Dry yeast 1 tbsp
  • Powder sugar 1tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oi 1 & 1/2tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 100gram
  • Green chili 5 to 6pc
  • Warm water 1/4 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp

How to make Prawn malaikari pizza

  1. For pizza base in bowl add 1/4 cup warm water,powder sugar,yeast give it a good mix and rest for minute(active the yeast)
  2. In a large bowl stain all purpose flour and salt and add fermented yeast
  3. Add vegetable oil
  4. Make a smooth soft dough.add water if needed
  5. Take a dry bowl put flour dough into it and cover with cling film and keep in warm place for 40 to 50minute
  6. Meanwhile prepare prawn malaikari.
  7. First clean the prawns and add salt and turmeric powder
  8. In kadai heat mustard oil and then add cardamom fry for 30 sec and add prawns
  9. When prawns slightly change colour take out from kadai and keep aside
  10. In a same kadai add boil onion pase,ginger paste,and green chili paste
  11. Saute for few minutes or until raw smell gone
  12. After that add cashew and melon seeds paste suate for 1 to 2 minutes
  13. Now add coconut milk mix all together on medium flame and cover the kadai
  14. Mix all spices together with some water and come to boil
  15. When water comes to boil add fried prawns and again cover it
  16. All spices come dry ,off the flame and bring to room temperature
  17. When it's come to rokm temperature then make pizza base
  18. Preheat oven to 200 ℃ at convection mode
  19. Now take a pizza dough and knead it and roll it into round shape
  20. In baking tray place pizza base and spread prawn malaikari on top
  21. Evenly spread grated mozzarella cheese
  22. Put some green chili on the top
  23. Now place the baking tray into preheated oven and bake for 20minutes
  24. Once it's done take out from oven spread some chilli flakes and oregano
  25. Serve hot

My Tip:

Time slightly vary oven to oven.
