Ingredients to make Peas Corn Pulao

  • Basmati rice - 1 cup
  • peas 100 gms
  • Sweet corn 100 gms
  • bay leaves 3-4
  • cardamom 3-4
  • Sunflower oil 1-2 tsp
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • Black peeper 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp

How to make Peas Corn Pulao

  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes and then boil it.
  2. Boil the sweet corn and peas for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and then add butter to it.
  4. Fry the cardamom and bay leaves in them.
  5. Add the sweet corn and peas to it and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the boiled rice and mix the whole thing. Next add black pepper, salt and saute according to taste.
  7. Mix the whole thing properly and serve hot.

My Tip:

While boiling the rice, underboil it slightly.
