Cheese Paratha

Ingredients to make Cheese Paratha

  • 1 slab paneer smashed
  • 1 slab mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 to 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • coriander chopped
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • oil as required
  • Pinch of garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp rice flour

How to make Cheese Paratha

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, pinch of salt and make a dough by gradually adding some water. Wrap it up in a muslin cloth for 4 hours.
  2. In a plate add grated paneer, cheese, salt, green chillies chopped, coriander chopped, oregano, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  3. Roll out a piece of dough like a roti shape then add the stuffing inside it. Fold it and roll it again in a roti shape.
  4. Take a non stick pan and add a drop of oil and spread it all over. Add the roti and shallow fry it on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or dip.

My Tip:

You can add any cheese. You can add mozzarella cheese. If you wish to add vegetables you can add them. You can have this paratha with curds, tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
