Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Chicken 65 masala 4 spoon (I use Aachi Masala)
  3. Vinegar 1 table spoon
  4. Kesari powdr 1/2 table spoon
  5. Conflor 3 table spoon
  6. Salt 1/2 spoon
  7. Egg 1
  8. Turmeric 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. 1 st boil the chicken in water with 1 spoon of turmeric... After 5 min switch off Nd keep it aside.
  2. Then drain the water nd put the chicken pieces in bowl nd put all ingredients salt conflor 65 masala nd vinegar nd egg 1
  3. Marinate well Nd refrigerate 30 min
  4. Put oil to deep fry ... Nd before fry spread little conflor with chicken nd mix well.... Nd fry....
  5. Serve with onion
