Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Nachni ka atta - 2 tbsp
  3. Oats powder - 1/4 cup
  4. Mix vegetables finely chopped or grated (I used lauki, carrot, onion, coriander, kasuri methi and capsicum)
  5. Chilli powder to taste
  6. Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Sesame and cumin seeds roasted as you like
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water as required 1-2 tbsp is enough
  10. Ghee or butter to roast


  1. Mix all ingredients other than water and mix with hand properly. It will almost combine add water as much as needed to make a tight dough.
  2. Roll parathas with help of dry atta.
  3. Roast (cook) the paratha using ghee, oil or butter.
  4. Serve with curd and pickle.
