ABOUT Vegetable Grilled Sandwiches !! RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat bread - 1 packet (16 slices)
  2. Bell peppers (Red,green and yellow)- 1/2 each cut into thin slices
  3. Onion - 2 big finely chopped
  4. Tomato- 1 finely chopped
  5. Cabbage - 1 cup (cut into thin slices)
  6. Garlic - 3 cloves finely chopped
  7. Coriander leaves - 1 tbspn chopped
  8. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tspn
  9. Red chilly powder- 1/2 tspn
  10. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
  11. Tandoori mayo - 3 tbspn
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil- 1 tbspn
  14. Butter/ghee- 2 to 3 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Wash all the veggies...And chop them
  2. Heat a pan ....Put oil....And when hot add the chopped garlic and onion....and saute for a few minutes .... Then add the dry masala powders and salt Now add the chopped tomatoes....Mix well cook till soft....
  3. Now add the chopped vegetables and cook on high flame.... For 2 to 3 minutes....These should be a bit crunchy.... Do not over cook it....
  4. After it gets cooked turn off the gas and put coriander leaves
  5. Now take the bread slices....Apply little tandoori mayo on one slice ...
  6. Then put the cooked vegetable mixture on the slice....And cover it with another slice.
  7. Now heat a sandwich maker or grill pan...
  8. Apply butter or ghee on the slice and little on the pan or sandwich maker....
  9. Grill them till nice and brown....
  10. Serve hot with ketchup
