Ingredients to make Grilled vegetable

  • Broccoli chopped 1 cup
  • French beans chopped 1/2 cup
  • Sweet beans dethreaded 1 /2 cup
  • capsicum 1 big.
  • cabbage chopped in big chunks 1/2 cup
  • carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  • curd thick 3/4 cup
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Salt, turmeric, chilli to taste.
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Olive oil / butter 2 tsp
  • Dried herbs of your choice ( Oregano, parsley etc.) 1 tsp

How to make Grilled vegetable

  1. Wash all vegetables and let them dry a little.
  2. Marinate with the above ingredients mentioned.
  3. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes. (more the marination, better the taste). Now add in Olive oil.
  4. Grill in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. And your healthy dish is ready.

My Tip:

You can use more oil or butter. I have used less due to health purpose.
