Cornucopia centerpiece for any Party table is filled with grilled vegetables like Potatoes,Carrot and Tomatoes. Being a party or get together sumptuous grilled Chicken served with coffee palm sugar reduction is topped with Veggies and Chicken. Mixed Vegetable Pie adds the beauty to the table and it's served mayonnaise. These delicacies makes a perfect main course for any parties..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Cornucopia
  2. All purpose flour 2 cups
  3. Instant Yeasr 1 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Water 1 cup + 1/4 cup(warm)
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Sugar 20 grams
  7. Butter at room temperature 1 tablespoon
  8. Egg 1 for brushing
  9. For grilled chicken
  10. Chicken breast 4 pieces
  11. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Barbeque seasoning 1 teaspoon
  13. curd 1 tablespoon
  14. Turmeric powder 2 pinch
  15. Salt to taste
  16. OIL FOR BRUSHING
  17. For grilled veggies
  18. Potatoes sliced 4
  19. Carrot 4
  20. Tomatoes 6
  21. For Palm sugar ,apple cider vinegar and coffee reduction
  22. Instant coffee powder 1 teaspoon
  23. Palm sugar 3 tablespoon
  24. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon
  25. Water 1/2 cup
  26. For making mixed vegetable Pie Filling
  27. Beans chopped 1/4 cup
  28. Carrot chopped 1/4 cup
  29. Green peas 1/4 cup
  30. Yellow pumpkin chopped 1/4 cup
  31. Potatoes chopped 1/4 cup
  32. Onion chopped 1
  33. Coriander leaves one fistful
  34. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  35. All purpose flour 3 teaspoon
  36. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  37. Garlic and salt seasoning 1 teaspoon
  38. butter 2 tablespoon
  39. Water 1 cup
  40. For making Pie crust
  41. All purpose flour 1 cup
  42. Butter 50 grams
  43. Chilled water 1/4 cup
  44. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  45. Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
  46. Milk 2 tablespoon (for milkwash)
  47. Coriander leaves for garnish
  48. Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  49. Homemade Mango Jam

Instructions

  1. Add instant yeast in a lukewarm water and let it rest for few minutes.
  2. In a wide bowl add all purpose flour ,sugar and salt and mix thoroughly.
  3. To it add instant yeast mixture and knead well with enough water. Now add butter and knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Apply oil in a bowl and transfer the dough and cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rest for 1.30 hours or double it sizes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175 degree centigrade Tear of aluminium foil and fold to half diagonally to make a hollow cone.
  6. Beat egg with water to make a glaze .Take the bread dough and deflate the air. Roll the dough and cut into thin strips as shown.
  7. Begin wrapping the thin strips around the cone. Brush ends of next strip with egg glaze and press to attach to the end of the first dough strip.
  8. Continuous spiral wrapping the cone,slightly overlapping the dough, until there are three strips left.
  9. Pinch one end of the three strips together and then braid. Brush bread around opening of Cornucopia with glaze. Gently press on braid and brush the whole Cornucopia with egg glaze.
  10. Bake Cornucopia for 30 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and let it cool completely. It's ready to occupy the center table for a Party .
  11. For making grilled chicken and veggies
  12. Mix all the dry ingredients with curd and apply well on the scored chicken breast .Let it rest in fridge for few 30 minutes.
  13. Meanwhile brush potatoes and carrot in running water and slice potatoes evenly.
  14. For making coffee reduction mix all the reduction ingredients together and boil with a half cup of water. Let it boil until it becomes to sauce consistency. It's ready to serve...
  15. Now grill the chicken,potatoes and carrots for 10 to 15 minutes by brushing little oil. It's done.
  16. In a bowl add all purpose flour, butter, and salt. Sprinkle chilled water and mix it to a crumbly texture. Add some more water and make a dough. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes by wrapping in a cling film.
  17. In a pan add little oil and saute all the vegetables well .Now add chilli powder, pepper powder and garlic salt powder to it and mix thoroughly with butter.
  18. Add 3 teaspoon of all purpose flour and water. The mixture starts to thickens. Add fistful of coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  19. After 15 minutes,roll the dough and cut according to desired shape of the pie pan. Fill the cooled vegetable mixture in the pie and seal it with another thin layer of rolled dough.
  20. Give a milk wash on top of the pie and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Score three slits on top layer. Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade and bake for 25 minutes. Mixed Vegetable Pie is ready .
  21. Cornucopia,Grilled Chicken and Vegetables and Mixed Vegetable Pie along with Coffee,apple cider vinegar and palm sugar reduction with Mayonnaise ,Jam is ready for a Perfect Small gathering Party.
