Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients to make Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad

  • 2-3 chicken beast pieces
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper powder
  • 5-6 fresh French beans
  • 2-3 tsp of green peas
  • broccoli/cauliflower 3-4 small pieces of flower
  • spinach leaves 3-4
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 tsp of olive oil

How to make Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad

  1. Make the chicken pieces flat by beating them with a rolling pin
  2. Marinate them with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside to few minutes for rest. Spread 2 tsp of olive oil in the grill pan and grill the chicken pieces first of 10 -15 minutes till cooked by both the sides.
  3. After the chicken are cooked, add the vegetables and sauté them for few minutes. Sprinkle salt over the vegetables.
