Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl ivy gourd slices
  2. 3 tbsp oil
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Pinch of Asafetida
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2tsp Coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 chopped tomato(optional)
  10. 1 1/2 cups Water
  11. 3 Tbsp peanut powder
  12. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash ivy gourds and make thin slices of it.
  2. In a pan heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,asafotieda.
  3. Add turmeric ,coriander powder,chilli powder,and stir well.
  4. Add tomatoes and stir.
  5. Add ivy gourds and stir well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.A dd water.Add peanut powder and salt.Cook for another 2 minutes and garnish with chooped coriander and grated fresh coconut.
