Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 6-7 washed green chili big size
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cup or 250g besan
  4. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 carrom seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  7. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  8. 2 teaspoon chaat masala
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  11. 1 pinch hing
  12. oil for fry
  13. some water for batter

Instructions

  1. wash and cloth dry green chili.
  2. slit them from one side and remove its all seeds.
  3. now take a bowl and add boiled potatoes and mash it then add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, half chaat masala, hing, coriander powder and mix well.
  4. now take a another bowl and add besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli, carrom seeds and add some water and make a thick batter.
  5. now take mirchi and stuff potatoes mixture. keep the stuffed mirchi aside.
  6. now take a deep pan heat oil and another side take a stuffed mirchi and dip in besan batter then deep fry it in oil till golden brown.
  7. and serve it hot with green mint chutney or kadhi. and sprinkle chaat masala on it.
