ABOUT Avacado Toast with Quinoa RECIPE

Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids. Quinoa is very healthy. When I was lives in Dar es Salam, I used to eat this avacado toast. Sometimes with quiona or sometimes without. It is super easy recipe & healthy as well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled quiona
  2. 1 avacado
  3. Pinch Black pepper
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 Brown bread
  6. Lemon juice
  7. Sliced tomatoes
  8. Some sprouts
  9. ketchup

Instructions

  1. Take a mixture jar.    
  2. Add avacado into it    
  3. Also add salt and pepper powder.    
  4. Grind it well.    
  5. Make a fine paste.    
  6. Now take a brown bread.    
  7. Toast it.    
  8. After that Spread avacado paste on it.    
  9. Drizzle some lemon juice.
  10. Place some tomatoes.    
  11. Now take a serving plate.    
  12. Place Quinoa into plate.  
  13. Now place the avacado toast.    
  14. Garnish it with sprouts and ketchup.    
  15. Serve it.
