A perfect filling breakfast which is easy to make and tastes heavenly.It is a fusion of Indian and western food.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mini flour Tortilla
  2. Chana or Chickpeas soaked in water overnight-1 cup
  3. Cumin powder-1 tsp
  4. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  5. 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice-1-2 tsp
  9. Mayonnaise
  10. 1 medium size onion chopped
  11. 1 cucumber chopped
  12. Tomato sauce
  13. Bhujiya
  14. Olive oil
  15. Tamarind paste mixed with little water and made into chutney.

Instructions

  1. Put soaked Chana in a pressure cooker and pressure cook with salt for 5-6 whistles,till it becomes soft.
  2. Take a flat pan,add chopped onions,cumin powder,salt,red chilly powder and add the boiled chickpeas.Fry it for 1-2 mins and set aside.Add Garam Masala and mix it nicely.
  3. Take mini tortillas and heat it in microwave or oven for 2-3 mins .
  4. Spread the Taco,add the chickpea masala,add grated cucumber,chopped onions,mayonnaise,tomato sauce and tamarind chutney and roll the tacos.
  5. Spread bhujiya and chopped coriander.Serve with mayonnaise or mustard sauce and cucumber slices.
