Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup rice (chawal) 1/2 cup green moong dal (split green gram) 1/4 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds (optional) 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens salt to taste 1 tsp fruit salt For Serving nutritious green chutney

Instructions

  1. Method Soak the rice, moong dal and fenugreek seeds in a deep bowl with enough water for 5 to 6 hours. Drain and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using little water. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the carrots, spring onion whites
