ABOUT Sabudana waffles RECIPE

Another way to make sabudana thalipeeth. Inspired from recipe shared by Ruchi airen.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2/3 cup soaked sabudana
  2. 1/3 cup boiled potatoes
  3. Salt,to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  6. 1-2 green chillies
  7. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. Oil,as required


  1. Mix sabudana and potatoes well.
  2. Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Add salt,red chilli powder and dry mango powder and mix well.
  4. Heat the waffles plates.
  5. Spray some oil and put some mixture and close the plates.
  6. Let it get brown and done for 6-7 minutes .
  7. Serve it hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
