Paneer stuffed Ragi dosa

Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed Ragi dosa

  • 1/2 whole ragi
  • 1/4cup rice
  • 1/4 cup urad dal
  • 2 tbsp poha
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 2 carrot
  • 1/2 tsp chatmasala
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Paneer stuffed Ragi dosa

  1. Wash ragi, rice and urad dal..Soak them separately for 5/6 hour
  2. Drain.and rinse all grains separately and grind them to fine paste using water as needed
  3. Now soak poha for 10 minutes and make paste from it. Now mix all batter ,add salt and allow it to ferment for 6/7 hour.
  4. Grate paneer and carrot, mix chopped green chilli and coriander,chat masala and salt ..
  5. Pour water in batter and bring to a desired consistency the batter should be little thin.
  6. Grease non stick tawa and heat Pour 1 ladle of ragi dosa batter and spread it as thin u can.drizzle some oil,when the side leaves the pan spread Carrot and paneer on center of dosa,roll and serve with chatn
