Ingredients to make Sev rolls

  • For rolls:
  • 6 potatoes boiled and smashed
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 chillies cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • For coating Sev rolls:
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  • For the slurry:
  • cornflour 2-3 tbsp
  • 3-4 tbsp water

How to make Sev rolls

  1. For Sev rolls- Mix all the ingredients for the rolls and make rolls from the mixture.
  2. Keep the rolls aside.
  3. Mix Cornflour and water to make the slurry. The slurry should not be too thick.
  4. Dip the rolls in the slurry and coat them properly with vermicelli.
  5. Deep fry them on medium heat till golden brown colour obtained.
  6. Serve the Sev rolls with green chutney.

Sev rolls were famous among many resturants that were good to make all on it this has some parts to be read on it. I used to get some partition that has ivoryresearch review this was good to read according to the data that used to have foramts on this.
