Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhara flour-250gm
  2. Sendha salt -1 1/2 teas
  3. Refined oil -2tabs for moyan
  4. Refined oil -for frying
  5. Water-1cup
  6. Red mirch Powder -1teas as your choice
  7. Kitchen press sev machine making for sev


  1. Take a bowl add singhara flour add salt add hot refined oil and mix well .
  2. Add some water and make thick batter like pakodi type.
  3. Now take a pan add oil in to pan and heat on high flame .
  4. When oil become heated then low flame .
  5. Then put some singhara batter into the Sev machine and make little Sev put it into the pan .
  6. When Sev become a light brown colour take out the pan.
  7. Sev put in staniner then remove it extra oil.
  8. Same way make all Sev with batter.
  9. When become cool down the sev put in air tight container enjoy with for 15day.
