ABOUT Singhara de Anrse RECIPE

Anrse usually made by rice what today I give a twist to this recipe. I made it from singhara flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup singhara flour
  2. 1/2 cup gud
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. Sesame seeds/white til 1 tablespoon
  5. Baking soda pinchoff
  6. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. First sieve the singhara flour.
  2. Soak gud in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Now mix Singhara flour,til in gud syrup.
  4. Make a thick pouring batter.
  5. Heat the oil in kadai.
  6. Add baking soda.
  7. Put a little mixture in kadai like pakoda.
  8. Fry till golden brown on medium heat.
  9. Take this out on tissue paper.
