Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm flour of singhara
  2. 100 gm sugar
  3. 1 tea spoon ghee
  4. 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. After preheating of kadhai, roast the flour till light brown.
  2. Now in a thali mix the roasted flour, sugar and water.
  3. In another thali grease some ghee well.
  4. Again preheat the kadhai and add 1 spoon ghee and mix the bater of flour water and sugar and mix well for some minutes.
  5. When it become thick spread smoothly well in the greased thali.
  6. After cooling cut it in the desired shape.
