Singara aate ke pancake

Ingredients to make Singara aate ke pancake

  • Singara ka aata 1 katori
  • 1 Mashed banana
  • Milk 1/2 katori
  • sugar as per taste
  • Elachi powder 1 tea spoon
  • ghee fpr frying

How to make Singara aate ke pancake

  1. Take singara ka aata in a bowl
  2. Add mashed banana to it.
  3. Tip: you can add extra banana for sweetness, or use sugar.
  4. Add milk to the mixture
  5. Mix it slowly
  6. The mixing should be done properly to avoid any lumps
  7. Once the mixture is ready, add elaichi powder.
  8. Now, heat the pan
  9. Add half a tea spoon ghee
  10. Pour the batter slowly and make small pancakes
  11. Heat it on medium flame and flip it when done from one side
  12. The pancake is now ready

My Tip:

You can use sugar if you want instead of banana
