Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Singhada flour
  2. 3 medium potato boil
  3. Santha namak according to taste
  4. one teaspoon Green chilli and ginger paste
  5. two tsp Dry fruits if you like
  6. Oil for fry
  7. Curd one cup beaten
  8. Salt,pepper according to taste
  9. Meethi chutney and green chutney
  10. Roasted and crushed Cumin seed

Instructions

  1. Sieve water chestnuts flour and mix with boil potatoes.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Ginger and green chilli paste.
  3. Take a rest to dough for 5 minutes.
  4. Now make small balls with dough.
  5. Fry balls in hot oil on medium flame.
  6. Soak the balls in warm water for 10 minutes.
  7. In a bowl take curd,salt,sugar, cumin seeds and mix well.
  8. Now remove water from Dahi bada balls by pressing hand.
  9. Soak all the dahi vada in curd mixture.
  10. Serve with mithi and green chutney.
