Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Vada-
  2. 3/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1 inch Ginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. For serving-
  8. 5 to 6 tbsp yogurt thick
  9. 2 teaspoon green chutney
  10. 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  11. Pinch of chilli powder
  12. Pinch of cumin powder
  13. Pinch of Chaat Masala
  14. bhujia sev


  1. firstly soak urad dal and prepare batter adding green Chilli and Ginger.
  2. Transfer the better into a large bowl
  3. Beat the better in one direction for 5 minutes to get more fluffy and smooth batter,.
  4. Add salt and mix lightly to do not rest long after adding salt as it leaves water and make better watery.
  5. Now deep your hand in water and start make lemon size vadas.
  6. Drop them one by one to hot oil.
  7. keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally.
  8. Also Fry vada till they turn golden brown.
  9. Drain off the vadas on to kitchen towel to absorb oil.
  10. immediately drop the vadas into lukewarm water and deep the vada completely.
  11. Soak for 5 minutes and allow the vadas to absorb water.
  12. furthermore squeeze of the water by pressing between your palm.
  13. Place 5 to 6 squeezed vada on the serving plate.
  14. Pour 5/6 tablespoon thick whisked curd.
  15. also at in 1 tbsp green chutney &2 tbsp tamarind chutney.
  16. Furthermore Sprinkle Pinch of chilli powder, cumin powder chaat masala and salt.
  17. finally serve Dahi Bada garnish with bhujia sav.
