Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. urad dal 1 cup
  2. Chana dal 1/2cup
  3. Boiled Potato 1
  4. Roasted jeera 1 tsp
  5. Hing 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tbsp
  7. Dahi 2 cup
  8. Green chutney 1 spoon
  9. Tomato sauce 1spoon
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Water 2 cup
  12. Promgrante 1 spoon
  13. Chat masala 1 tsp


  1. Soak urad n chana Dal for 2hr n grind it smooth paste.
  2. Now take a bowl add Dal paste , boiled potato,ginger garlic paste,hing n jeera, little bit salt n chopped green chilli.
  3. Now mix everything n make like vada .
  4. Deep fry in hot oil now take out n dip in warm water n soak it for 5-10min.
  5. Meanwhile take a bowl put curd, green chutney,tomato sauce,chat masla n salt mix everything .
  6. Now dip vada in curd n Garnish with promgrnate,chat masala n roasted cumin seeds.
