Healthy ,palaltable and easy to digest, takes to the taste of what one prepares .Singhade ka atta commonly known as, here into a tasty halwa for a change and also for Fasting days.Roasted in pure ghee sweetened to perfection and dry fruits adorned.Tastes wow!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup /75 grams Singhada atta
  2. 1/2 cup same measure sugar
  3. 3-4 spoons pure ghee
  4. Few cardomom seeds
  5. 1 tblspn almond pistachio powder
  6. Few almonds and pistachio chopped to garnish

Instructions

  1. Keep ingredients ready
  2. Now heat a pan add ghee and slow flame
  3. Add the singhada atta and stir quick an well roast in ghee to avoid sticking
  4. While roasting on side keep a cup of water to boil
  5. Simmer and add sugar to this Roasted flour
  6. Add boiling water now measure of same cup 3/4ths cup stir well ,mix too
  7. Add in the cardomom seeds now and keep stirring as ghee leaves side
  8. Add powder of dry fruits and mix into the halwa then
  9. Ready to serve hot with garnish of chopped almonds and pistachios
