  • 2 bowls milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Dry fruits (cashewnut, cuddapah almond, raisins, or according to your choice)

How to make Aata Halwa (Wheat Flour)

  1. Heat up a pan. Add ghee and aata.
  2. Roast the aata till it becomes dark brown (in slow flame)
  3. Add milk and mix it well, till it absorbs all the milk
  4. Add sugar and mix them again till the mixture becomes thick
  5. At last, ads all the dry fruits, cardamom powder and black pepper for garnishing your aata halwa
  6. Now your yummy, yummy halwa is ready for eating !!!

My Tip:

Make sure the flame should be in a slow flame or else the aata will burn. Instead of milk, you can also use water.
