Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Water chestnut flour 1bowl
  2. Sugar powder 3/4bowl
  3. Edible gum(gond) 2tbsp
  4. Pure ghee 1/2bowl
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/2sp
  6. Dry fruits 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Put the kadhai on flame add ghee and fry the edible gum until they puff out.
  2. When cool the fry gum crush with rolling pin.
  3. Now put kadhai on flame and roast the chestnut flour in remain ghee until come out nyc roasted aroma and colour get golden.
  4. Add nuts in roasted flour and roast few minutes more switch off the flame.
  5. Little cool down the flour add sugar powder , cardamom powder and fry gum .
  6. Now add 2tbsp melting ghee n mix well.
  7. Now ready water chestnut panjari for fast.
