Weterchestnut in its very delicious Way.Waterchestnut yet quite low in calories and fat free.In fresh waterchestnut we get double amout of potassium , zinc , B vitamins and aslo Vitamin E

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Waterchestnut 250 g
  2. Milk 250 ml
  3. Milk powder 40 g / 3 Tbsp
  4. Sugar 20 g
  5. Red food colour
  6. Essence (Vanila / Rose / Meetha Attar)

Instructions

  1. Peel The waterChestnut and wash properly.
  2. Cut Into 4 Pcs.
  3. Mix 1 Tsp (5g) food Colour in 100 ml Water and soak the pcs for half an hour.
  4. Boil 500 ml water and blanch the soaked Waterchestnut pcs for 10 min.
  5. Strain and keep aside to cool.
  6. Boil the Milk in a sauce pan and add sugar and milk powder.Stir continuously for 10 min , milk get more Thick Consistency.
  7. Off the Flame and let it cool then add Flavour of your choise.
  8. Take waterChestnut in a bown and pour the ready milk on it. And Serve It Chilled.
