Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pumpkin 2 cup( Pressure cooked to a paste)
  2. Milk 500 gm
  3. Milk maid 1tsp
  4. Caramel pudding mixture 3tsp
  5. Vanilla essence half tsp
  6. Chocolate for garnish


  1. First bring to boil half litre milk in a pan. In the meantime, pressure cook 150 gm pumpkin to 3 whistles to form a paste
  2. Now when the milk is boiling prepare the mixture of caramel pudding with plain water in a cup, make a fine paste adding 3 tsp of caramel pudding mixture milk maid and vanilla essence
  3. Now add this paste to the milk, keep stiiring and then add the pumpkin paste too.
  4. Cook on a low flame for 15 min till the pudding is dense and the liquid is half. In the meantime add the caramel to the serving bowl and keep aside
  5. Now when the milk is thick and no lumps there switch off the flame. Rest aside. Let it cool.
  6. Refrigerate for two hours and serve chilled. Garnish with choco chips and grated chocolate. Serve chilled
