Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ginger 1 inch piece.
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green chilly chopped 3
  4. Cashew nuts 5
  5. Urad dal 1 tsp
  6. Chana dal 1 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  9. Tomatoes 2 cups chopped
  10. Water 3 cups
  11. Rava 1 cup
  12. Curry leaves 1 spring
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  15. Lime juice 1 tsp
  16. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is crackle, add cumin seeds, chana dal, Urad dal, cashew nuts, cook this cashew nuts gets golden in color,
  2. Add ,chopped green chilly, chopped onions, chopped ginger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, tomatoes, water, comes to boil squeeze lime juice.
  3. Now add semolina and mix this well put the lid on let it cook for 3 minutes, switch off the flame, let it rest for 3 minutes then serve it.
