Probably the most popular breakfast is Sandwich. My this Two-In-One innovaive dish is a mixture of spicy and cheesy taste in a slice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 french bread loaf
  2. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  3. For cheesy-garlic stuffing:
  4. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  5. 1 cup processed cheese
  6. 1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon oregano
  10. For masala stuffing:
  11. 150 gram cottage cheese, grated
  12. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  13. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  14. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  15. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  16. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  17. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  18. 1 teaspoon butter
  19. 1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  20. 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
  21. 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  22. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  23. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  24. salt as per taste
  25. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. For cheesy-garlic stuffing put all the ingredients in a bowl , combine well.
  2. For masala stuffing,heat oil in a pan,add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion(preserve 2 tablespoons for later use) , saute it for couple of minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes,cook it in medium flame for a minute.
  4. Add green peas, pav bhaji masala , turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt.
  5. Cook it till veggies get soft ,add 2 tablespoons of water if required.
  6. Now put off the flame,add grated cottage cheese, chopped capsicum, combine it well.
  7. Add chopped onion,lemon juice, butter,chopped cilantro, stir it well to combine.
  8. Slice the loaf in four portions.
  9. Now carefully filled the sliced bread half with masala stuffing and half with cheesy-garlic stuffing, and place the stuffed bread on the baking tray.
  10. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in 200°c in grill mode , now put the tray in middle rack , grilled it for 5-6 minutes and lastly shift the tray in the uppermost rack for 1 minute or till the cheese become slightly brown.
  11. Sprinkle chilli flakes,serve hot and enjoy.
